Ankidroid new cards are not syncing with Anki desktop

Do new cards on Ankidroid.

Sync with Anki Desktop.

Anki Desktop says you have not done any new cards.

Usually the issue is caused by reorder plugins, if you reorder before syncing it breaks. Reorder after syncing.
