The Best Beginner Kanji Dictionary
Over in TheMoeWay user road_to_redemption shared their Kanji dictionary:

It has everything you need from a Kanji dict:
- Meaning
- Frequency
- Top 3 common words with readings + translations
- Readings + distributions
- Components with keywords
I really like this a lot, in particular the frequency + meaning + readings of the Kanji.
Current Kanji dicts are interesting but in Yomitan they do not behave nicely.
You can download it here:
How I use it
When I come across a word where I know every Kanji apart from one, I'll look at that specific Kanji with Yomitan.

If the Kanji is popular (like top 1000 or something) I'll mine it.
I have a custom "Send to Anki" button for Kanji, which I set up in Yomitan's advanced features:

It looks like this:

In Glossary / Main Definition of the Lapis note type I specified the Kanji dict so only that definition goes to Anki.
I then click on the Diamond 💠 button, and Yomitan creates an entry in my Anki for that Kanji.
I then study that Kanji like I would with any other card, I pass the card if I can remember the meaning. I don't entirely care about readings etc :)
